Take Care of Yourself
This is an unusual moment in history we are living through. It’s normal to feel anxious and unsure, especially as information and advice change daily.
We know watching the news all day doesn’t help! Can you set one or two times to check the latest updates and allow your mind to focus on other things?
Turning inward doesn’t need to be a time of isolation. You can connect with old friends, catch up on books and TV shows, learn a new game with your family, work in the garden, or pick up an old hobby. Online you’ll find things like virtual museum tours and free classes.
Don’t forget about the UU resources online! You can watch services, try spiritual practices, watch workshops and more. Start with www.uua.org and see where it leads you!
