In his final speech, the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. spoke about the hard times ahead. He also assured the audience that he had been to the mountaintop, and had seen the promised land of the future. He spoke of hope. On the Sunday when we honor his birth, we’ll revisit his message.
