Ministerial start-ups are an opportunity for a congregation and minister to find grounding, deepen relationships, and create clear shared expectations about ministry as they begin their ministerial journey together. It includes time for the entire community to gather as well as specialized time with congregational leadership such as the board. Building on the good work UUCD and Rev. Angeline have done over the past months, this day will help strengthen and build your shared ministry together. This workshop will be led by Dr. Melissa James and Rev. Tanía Márquez, UUA Pacific Western Region Congregational Life Field staff.
