We’ll have more overnight supervision support but there are still openings to spend the night to assure safety and peace. Overnighters split the night so no one has to stay awake all night. We’ve had high school students do this with a parent.

We need morning and evening drivers. Some find this job even more rewarding when done several times during the week; a familiar face is always welcome! The job is short and evening drivers are welcome to share in the dinner. Morning drivers are done by 7am, so it may fit well with your morning commute to work.

Cooks either prepare food at home or enjoy working with others in the church kitchen. Leftovers are taken home. Stay and enjoy your creations with the guests!

Set up and/or clean-up is a great job to do with friends. Rebecca (you know her from Sunday Coffee Hour) is extremely helpful, and the dishwasher is awesome. You can sign up for either/both jobs and have dinner with the guests.

If you like to work on your own, you might like the job of taking sleeping bags to the laundromat to wash. This is an as-needed job, much appreciated!

Intake needs volunteers to check-in guests and help organize rides to the shelter.
