During the COVID19 Pandemic, it may be necessary to have Rentals Outside Only.

Group Size is the determining factor

Risk Level: High = Outside Only for most groups
(restroom access + lighting; no staff support)

Small group (up to 10), $15/hr

Medium group (11-20), $20/hr

Large group (21+), $25/hr

Risk Level: Medium = We resort to the standard Fees.
If the Risk Level goes back up to High prior to the event, the event moves back outside and Fees revert to Outside Only charges.
